Employees are rated by Employers. Employers are rated by Employees. Any individual or agency that falls below a three star rating will be removed from the App.

Employees interact directly with Employers in rate negotiations and shifts worked. Earnings are paid directly to the Employee by the Employer through either PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo.
